This commercial is very entertaining especially when the little boy actually thought he really used the force to turn the car on with wearing a star wars costume. This commercial shows that Volkswagen is special. nothing would 'work' or move when the boy tried to us the force, but when he came to the car the force 'worked'. this makes me want to buy a Volkswagen because the commercial was entertaining and it showed that the Volkswagen is a special car to be driving. The sounds in the commercial were from the original film "Star Wars". The backround music really made the commercial something to watch. I truly think Volkswagen is the best car to buy, especially because of its commercials.
This is a really awesome and cute commercial but I don't think it is super persuasive. It has the kid aspect in it but doesn't really tell you anything about the car. The only thing it shows you about the car is the front interior and that it has a remote. That's all it shows you, but it doesn't tell you anything, just shows you. I personally couldn't make the decision to buy this car because one little kid in a commercial found the imagination in it. :)
ReplyDeleteI understand what you are saying and you would have a good point if it was a car that is new and nobody knows it. We can't forget that Volkswagen is a very well known car to the point that they don't even need to show it that much for the people to known it is a good car. The idea here is to show that it is a 'powerful' car for a kid as much as it is for the parents, who can turn it on without being near it.
